Awesome job, Boris! Your thighs are gettine swole!! Any soreness, and do you find the higher reps hit the quads more, and lower reps hit the hammies more? Or is that just me? Keep on keepin' on.

My legs are always a little sore and tight. I stretch and massage them, but yeah... It would have been better if I had been in good squatting shape going into this, but we do what we can.
