30 Days of Squat (Day 1)


30 DAYS OF SQUAT!
In September, I'll be revisiting some of the Squat Rx videos - adding commentary, reflecting on what was done well, what was not, and what I'd do differently if I were to re-shoot them. I'm looking forward to sharing and talking about some great squat performances, instructional videos, and words of wisdom and inspiration.

The video on front squats was good but I would have liked to have seen you do more of them.

You would have liked to have seen me do more front squats, or more videos about front squats?

I would have like to have seen you do more front squats in the video. It seems like you cut away too quickly. Just a thought.......

Are there particular things you were looking for (hand positioning, posture under load, etc)?

I hear what you are saying - seeing the model do more reps might help get the message across.
