The Low Low Bar Squat

You've heard of a high-bar squat and a low-bar squat, but have you heard of the "low-low bar squat"? Not one I'd recommend, but an interesting squat variant nonetheless...

What's the benefit? Glutes more than quads or hamstrings?

Have been using squats to strengthen legs/glutes and (w/o increasing my diet/calorie input) lose weight. Seems pretty effective. But now that I've decreased my bmi, I'd like to bulk up legs/glutes. Any dietary suggestions?
Thanks

All the danger, none of the benefits...

I'm not an expert on diet, but if you want to gain weight, lift hard, eat more, and eat better (and I'm not being a smart-ass - it's not easy to eat more, better, and lift hard consistently).
