My resolution it to post something to my blog every day!

I'm going to set some lifting goals, but I haven't settled on the numbers yet. It'll probably include DLing 315.

By the way, father-son rock climbing looks really fun--for both of you. Every minute you and he spend together is an investment that will never stop paying off. (That's from a dad looking back from the perspective of the empty nest.)

Brian,
Adding a wheel or two to your squat is always a great feeling!!

Andy,
Thanks. Time really is the best gift we can give to ourselves and others.

"The days come and go like muffled and veiled figures sent from a distant party, but they say nothing, and if we do not use the gifts they bring, they carry them as silently away."

My goals are to compete in my first two powerlifting meets and total 980lbs by the end of the year.

My resolution is to stay focused on my goals, work hard and make my first year of powerlifting successful.

I am not a goal driven person... I did take a little time to outline a few things I want to renew attention toward. Balance, Focus and Self-Study.

Dakola,
Those sound like good goals!

Koba,
Thanks buddy - same to you!

Fawn,
I think we're thinking along the same lines then and I really like the way you phrase it. I'll be making a post about things I'll be "renewing attention to" soon. Thanks for the reply.
