Hi Boris,
That is great moment. A 10 kilo pr as well. It seems like a homerun in the bottom of the ninth.

I am in the dead lift contest tomorrow. I am a bit nervous. It was a rough couple months in the gym because of the heat. I had trouble eating enough and getting much work done in the sauna that my garage became.

It's been rough temperature-wise. I've been in the garage for training the past month or so as well. On the plus side, I certainly don't dilly-dally when it's that hot.

What are you opening with? I'll try to make it out to see you there if I can!

Boris

My plan is 1st attempt 475, second attempt 510. If those go really well I will try 555 or 560 for the last attempt. If they dont go well 535 - 540.

I'm just going to try to have a good time.

I remember when I saw this I understood it was a big deal winning, then found out afterwards about what happened with his wife.

Winning is nice, but winning with a great cause is much better.

That's his "thank god Reza didn't compete!" dance.
