I file this under the "Who Cares" category. As Eric says, she is getting money from other sources to say this.
I wouldn't trust anyone that is part of this sham.
Yeah she said what just about any trainer worth their weight already knew. However she wasn't motivated by guilt, she was motivated from dollar bills. A quick trip to her website (which mysteriously I was denied access) shows that she is a spokesperson for a weightloss supplement company.
