53lb Kettlebell Snatches x 91
One of my goals for 2008 is to be capable of entering a girevoy sport competition and not getting slaughtered. I still have a ways to go, but I'm making decent progress, I think.

Boris, Your form looks pretty good. Get an analog clock and watch it while doing a set. Start at 15 RPM for 6 min. Switch at 3. That is 45/side, but spread out. The "rest" is at the lockout. Work to 10 min, and then increase RPM.
Thanks Tim. I will give that a shot. I've been ill lately and had a old shoulder bug flare up, but plan to be getting back into things next week.
