Vasily Alexeev RIP

When I was very young, I used to watch Vasily Alexeev lift on ABC's Wide World of Sports. He was the last international weightlifting superstar.

    What an icon. Back in 77 he did a 419lb snatch. He was a powerhouse.He went on to set 80 world records. Not sure if they still hold today, but the man was unreal. RIP
