SSST Prep
Another birthday coming quickly and I'm in the last few weeks of prepping for another shot at the Secret Service Snatch Test. I'm not someone who's particularly concerned with product, but we all need to test ourselves from time to time and 200 needs to be finished business. Training is going okay and I'm shooting for December 15th or thereabouts.

I posted my best SSST numbers by budgeting fatigue and using ratcheting sets.
An example would be doing the following set numbers on the minute, resting between sets till the start of the next minute. I always posted better numbers this way then simply trying to do large extended sets.
8+8
8+8
8+8
8+8
9+9
10+10
11+11
12+12
13+13
14+ rep out (14-17 reps)
This would net about 200+ reps, assuming you finished on your strong arm. Just some humble thoughts from a KB appreciator and former KB fanatic.

ROCK IT!
You can't be THAT old listening to those tunes!!!
Always nice to work for a goal.
Good Luck.
Thanks Bryce. If I stop, it's really hard to pick up the bell again. Pacing will go fine as long as I can avoid looking at the clock too often.
Thanks Matt. Old enough! I promise to upload the video when it's over no matter how many I get.
