Some Kettlebell Art...
The workshop in Tokyo with RKC Taikei Matsushita was great! He has some wonderful students. We did a lot of mobility work, in addition to kettlebell basics and finished with a short timed snatch session. I will do a full write up this weekend.

Especially the one at the top would make a great print on a white t-shirt.
Who painted all those kettlebells? That's crazy.
Very nice, if you could get some designs onto some nice shirts you could give companies like Affliction a run for their money.
