I can always go to parallel and below with a long stance, toes pointed out, inline with thighs. I can't get any where near parallel with a narrow stance and toes forward.Any suggestions on improving that?
What do you mean you can't get anywhere near parallel w. a narrow stance and toes forward? Do you mean you fall back? fall forward?
