VO2Max (:15 on/:15 off) x 32

Viking Warrior Conditioning is on the way, but I decided to give some sets a try with the 53lber.

    I haven't done them in a while, but when I last did, I was doing 2 or 3 five minute bouts of the 15:15 protocol at an 8 or 9 rep pace. I found it to be a brutal, interesting variation on Kenneth Jay's protocol.

    Incidentally, sorry I'm spamming old posts . . . I just found your blog and am already a big fan.
