I always posted better numbers this way then simply trying to do large extended sets.<br /><br />8+8<br />8+8<br />8+8<br />8+8<br />9+9<br />10+10<br />11+11<br />12+12<br />13+13<br />14+ rep out (14-17 reps)<br /><br />This would net about 200+ reps, assuming you finished on your strong arm.
