It's a...That was a good perspective on plateauing. It's all in how you look at it. I would think that one of the most important things to consider is maintenance of some exercise, on a regular basis. Do you recognize plateau, then despair, then just sit and eat? In this example, plateauing is immeasurably more a "success" than the alternative. <BR/><BR/>Could someone switch around, say do bodybuilding style routines until plateau, then maybe switch to strength training with fewer reps / more sets and see some strength gains for awhile? That's the outline of what I am trying to do. Progress is not measured in weeks or months, but in years (have a few more of them left). <BR/><BR/>How's your subscription count for the RSS feeds?
